MM Update

Making Memories has been having major problems with the MM idol voting process. Voting is going to start again March 5 and everyone who voted has to re vote. They're basically starting over. That sucks! I hate to bother everyone with another email, but I'm gonna have to. I need the votes!

So, I came across this cute lace packaging tape on the style files. I would love to get it if I sent out packages. It's only $10 and makes the box look so pretty!

I Need A Laugh

How cute is this?! It just really made me laugh. Especially since I've been watching the Oprah special in South Africa and I was almost in tears! I can't believe that people actually live in such poverty. It just baffles my mind that we are so oblivious! Isn't it our responsibility as human beings to help other human beings?

It's Sunday Already?!

It's been a full, fast, and fun weekend! I had a "cousins" get together on friday night. It was my first real get together at my new house! It was so much fun to prepare for it. Well, if you call cutting up veggies and putting out chips, dip, and ordering pizza preparing! But it still looked cute. Hey, I even bought flowers! It was a good time. Can't wait for the next one. Maybe next time, I'll go all out and cook! That would be interesting! For all of you reading my blog, I am a disaster in the kitchen!!!

Lovin life right now!

My exam is over! I am laying in bed, eating lucky charms, and watching Reggis and Kelly. It feels so good not to have to wake up and think about school! It's hard going back to school at 29! I really wish I did it different back in the day. But, I'm glad I made myself go back. Just a little over a year left and i'll be done! For now though, I'm done for a week. I'm planning on scrapbooking and working on the house. Can't wait to do that and only that! I love it!

Woo Hoo!!

I made it to the top 50 on Making Memories Idol!! How exciting! I honestly didn't think I would be chosen when I signed up. As a matter of fact, I totally forgot that I submitted my work. So, you can imagine the smile on my face when I checked my email today! We'll see if I can make it to the next round. Keep your fingers crossed! Finally!

My blog is finally up and running! It took MANY, MANY hours to figure out how to customize my banner with a photo. It was so frustrating but well worth it. I'm just so excited to finally post! Since I took so long on blogger today, I have to get to my studying. It's the last thing I want to do, but I gotta do it. I'll leave you with an awesome pic Marie took in St. Augustine. You might have to click on the image to enlarge, I'm not sure. I'll probably have to spend another few hours trying to figure that out--I'm clueless when it comes to computers! Oh well, enjoy!
