it felt so good to scrapbook today!! it was like a ray of light, i swear. i think i forgot how easy it is to forget about EVERYTHING when i scrapbook...i so needed this. although i only scrapbooked for just about 2 hrs, i actually got 2 layouts done. one isn't really a layout but i found this magazine clipping and felt like scrapbooking it.
this one is of me and michelle outside of harpo studio after a taping of the oprah show...which by the way was a give away show (not oprah's favorite things thought...we wish). it was back in 2004 and we sat right in front. oprah was an arms reach away from us...we were gonna die.
that's the journaling...i don't know why my scanner sucks when i scan regular ruled paper but that's what this is.
so tomorrow is the start of another week. hopefully i'll have less crying episodes this week. it's been so bad lately...i really need to snap out of it somehow. i hate feeling so sad. maybe i'll just have to scrapbook more! oh, staci emailed me and reminded me that scrapbowl is just 2 weeks away....i can't wait! i swear i'm more excited about this trip than i was for nyc!! can't wait to take the kristina contes classes...yay!!

those are both great layouts...it's good to see you using colors you don't normally use in your palette.

i love that u are so into ur scrapbooking. remember when we used to buy those friend books and memory books...which took a year for me to get back and all we had to do was fill in the blanks, LOL! i remember when u used to say i want to make a real scrapbook and now look at u! and for the crying, its good for u. let it out. sometimes u need it. u will have those moments or even days. its all normal. u have tons of people who love u and help u thru it. :)

I can not wait to scrapbowl!!! looked it up today....8 hour drive!!! I think it will be fun...and get our minds off the "crap" going on in our lives...you always say the same things/feelings about your mom...that I feel about Ed....and love the new layouts...and now you made me have to have a typewriter too....
do you make books out of all your layouts?
Renee I dont know much about scrapbooking but I do know that those colors are not even remotely supposed to fit together and yet they do, and perfectly. Uve been hanging around Marie a LOT, she always makes me wonder how she gets colors to "fit"
